1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 918KSS as the platform operator. By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

6 Game Rules

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate action, which may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Account Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Equally, 918KSS reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.
• Request from the relevant legal authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a defined period are subject to our inactive account policy.

If an account is closed due to a violation, 918KSS reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements. Valid real money balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, provided there are no active fraud claims.

9 Liability Limits

918KSS provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. Our liability limits are as follows:
